The reason we use email to communicate instead of phone calls is because our business is all about the specification customerswant.  We used to use the phone but we had issues when a customer would say, that is not what I said on the phone.  And because we want to get it right the first time we need to document want our customers want.  If you want a bung or other option in a specific place on the tank just email us the specs right after you order.  And if your tank has several option specs we prefer a basic drawing.  Most computers have a program called “Paint.”  Open Paint and draw a tank with the specs you want and attach it with your email.  An example is below you can right click on and save it to your computer, then open it in paint and add or change any specs you want.
